I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over fifteen years of experience. I have a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and supervise trainees and interns at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, California.

I approach therapy from a psychodynamic and relational perspective. I have a certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the New Center for Psychoanalysis (NCP). I believe that people evolve from an understanding of their internal world. Our experiences do influence our being in a very profound manner; in relationships as well as our own attitudes of ourselves.
Psychodynamic therapy involves a combination of effort from both the therapist and the individual seeking help. I help the people l work with understand multiple layers and meanings of themselves.

My Therapeutic approach is to provide support, insight, and goals to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain their own personal growth.

I'm a Clinical Member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists as well as having extensive training in Mindfulness
Insight Psychotherapy through workshops and trainings.
Mindfulness based therapy recognizes that our pain need not define who we are. Mindfulness helps you develop skills to live in the present moment and free yourself from suffering. you learn to accept your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a non-judgmental attitude. your acceptance creates less distress and increase your positive feelings towards yourself and others. As you cultivate compassion, you can experience an inner wisdom-a place of well being.

Mindfulness helps you expand your awareness of present experience and enjoying living in the moment. You clear thinking in the midst of stress. You increase your confidence in solving life's problems.
